lyrics

If I'm not the one
Why don't you come right out and say it
If I'm not the one
Why are you standing at my door

If I'm not the one
why do you never have to fake it
If I'm not the one
Tell me you don't love me anymore

you've been lonely for so long you know its true
you've been waiting for a man like me
And if I'm not the one
I can't imagine who would be

you've been lonely for so long you know its true
you've been waiting for a man like me
If I'm not the one
who'll turn your teardrops into laughter
If I'm not the one
Who's gonna love you like I do

If I'm not the one
I don't know what it is you're after
If I'm not the one
If I'm not the one for you

If I'm not the one for you
If I'm not the one for you
